Clean & Safe

Alegria & Faraway is certified by Turismo de Portugal with the Clean & Safe certificate, assuming the commitment to guarantee all those who visit us compliance with the recommended safety standards to mitigate the effects of Covid19. The company Nuno Miguel Petreques Gonçalves, RNAAT no. 289/2015, has registered its declaration of compliance with the rules that allow it to advertise itself as a Healthy & Safe Establishment.
We would like to inform you that all the documentation relating to your membership is available to download from your Tourist Entertainment Agent Register, option "Clean&Safe".
This declaration is valid until April 30, 2022, and is based on the commitment that all the requirements previously validated are fully complied with by the Tourist Entertainment Company.
Alegria & Faraway already has the "Clean & Safe" seal from Turismo de Portugal and our staff has been trained in the hygiene and safety measures required by the DGS in order to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.
SANITIZATION PLAN FOR OUR BOATS
Sanitization or disinfection of the equipment used, after each activity, in accordance with the rules applicable to each type of equipment.
Sanitization or disinfection of the means of transport used, after each activity, and in accordance with the rules applicable to each type of transport.
Washing and disinfecting surfaces where employees and customerscirculate, ensuring the control and prevention of infections and resistance to antimicrobials.
Antimicrobials.
Cleaning surfaces and objects in common use several times a day common Wet cleaning will be used instead of dry cleaning.
OUR STAFF
All our staff will wear protective masks and provide customers with hand sanitizer whenever they enter the boat;
A staff member will be appointed who will be responsible for triggering the procedures in suspected infection;
Participation in the activity may be denied to anyone who shows clear symptoms of illness or does not have a mask with them.
BOATS - RULES OF CONDUCT FOR PARTICIPANTS
For your safety and ours, use common sense. Wash your hands frequently, keep a safe distance and use the inside of your elbow or a tissue to sneeze/cough.
